I picked this up after browsing around for a while, mostly because I didn’t want to spend too much and it seemed like a reasonable option. It’s a decent value overall, and it does what I needed it to do, but I guess I was expecting just a little more from it. Not bad by any means, just not quite as impressive as I’d hoped.

I tried reaching out to 7oh.com a few different times about my order and got nothing useful back. Like, is anyone even checking the messages?? I waited for days and ended up having to sort everything out myself. Not ideal at all if you need help quickly. I definitely won’t be using them again.

I tried ordering from 7oh and the payment part was kind of annoying. The options felt limited and my card didn’t go through the first time which made me wonder if the order was even going to work. It would be a lot better if they had more normal payment choices like PayPal or just an easier checkout in general. The site itself is okay but paying shouldn’t be this much of a hassle

I feel kind of embarrassed admitting how many times I’ve checked the site for new products, only to find they’re already gone or not listed properly. It’s annoying, honestly. The site makes it seem like new stuff is coming, but when I actually try to buy something, there’s nothing available.

Maybe the info is there somewhere, but the way it’s presented made me wonder if they’re more focused on making the sale than making people feel informed. My tracking was stuck for days and days with no real updates, then out of nowhere it suddenly said delivered, but nothing ever showed up. I checked around, waited, checked again, and still nothing. Support just keeps telling me to wait, but I’ve already been waiting. The tracking was stuck, the package never came, and the only answer I get is to wait more. Definitely my first and last order from 7oh.
